Your car, from a local rental company

1. Find a car by location, make, type or price. Every listing names the company offering it.
2. Open the vehicle’s photos, specifications and rental policies.
3. Select “Book with rental company” to continue on that company’s Fleetify website. Choose dates and destinations, see the full price and submit your request.
4. Follow your trip and payment instructions there. A request or invoice alone is not a confirmed rental; wait for the company’s acceptance before travelling.

Your agreement is with the rental company. You can book as a guest where phone verification is available. For an existing booking, use your private trip or invoice link.

How recommendations work

By default, we show cars from companies with the highest Fleetify points first. Points reflect the last 90 days and update as rental, payment, refund and reviewed cancellation records change. You can also sort by price.

• 10 points per completed rental paid in full through verified M-Pesa collections, up to 1,000 points. Instalments and extra-day payments never earn duplicate points.
• After 10 qualifying rentals: 100 reliability points when tenant cancellations are at most 5% of qualifying rentals plus tenant cancellations, or 50 points when at most 10%. Customer cancellations and reviewed legitimate cancellations are excluded.
• A reviewed, confirmed cancellation misreport deducts 50 points, up to 250, and removes the reliability bonus during the period. An open review alone is not a confirmed misreport.
• Rentals under refund review or refunded rentals do not earn payment points. Scores never fall below zero.

New companies can be listed with zero points. Equal scores are ordered consistently by company web address. Active companies with completed onboarding and an unlocked storefront are eligible; only their available cars with a positive daily rate appear. Points are not a safety certification or a promise of availability. Paying for a subscription does not buy ranking points.
